Good spot for people watching right in the city centre. Its beginning to show its age and could do with a refurb still the cakes and coffee are consistently high quality. Worth a visit if you need a break from shopping / walking in the city centre.

Excellent place to take a break from shopping. Polite and courteous staff serve a beautiful cheesecake and selection of ice creams. Our eight year old was very happy. Disabled toilet on the ground floor. Perfectly located in the centre of town. Waitress service to the table, although you will definitely want to take a look at the desert counter.

Wonderful! We had afternoon tea for two, which was amazing and very good value for money unlike other places for afternoon tea. Seating up stairs was lovely, lots of seats but not squashed together. Staff were wonderful very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I would recommend you book, especially if going on a busy day. We went on a Saturday and booked and glad we did as there was a queue. You can also buy to take away too and is a separate queue. The cakes to take away were very good value for money too

Can’t wait to ring up today and then come into your shop and show you the absolute abomination of a cheesecake I took home yesterday from you got a lovely video of it and Iv kept all of the cake to present to you today staff excellent tho but the cake hurrendous Iv has better cheesecakes from the saver rage in Morrison’s see you later Valarie

This place is beautiful, staff is wonderful and the food is delicious! I love the most their menu with a three-stage plates, where are bites of all types of delicatessen for two persons. Try it with your tea at five and you will be happy for the rest of the day :-)
