I’ve had an olaplex treatment here and a full leg wax . The staff were so polite and asked me if I was okay throughout both treatments. They were very welcoming and remained professional at all times. I would defoo recommend . The prices are also very affordable especially for what you get .

I started to get my waxing done recently from Parveens and very impressed with thr service provided. The services, quality and professionalism is to a very high standard. I have particularly liked the service from Misbah, she was very friendly and always smiling as well as looking after me and being caring. Thank you Misbah 🤩

Attended this salon as a visitor to Birmingham a couple of weeks ago. I had a facial done. Upon attending I asked about getting a facial, the woman then told me to “choose one as there’s loads” but wouldn’t give me the service list so I could see which are different. She just expected me to know. Finally after choosing one I sat down while her coworker did her eyebrows, I was waiting a maximum of 10 minutes which is fine, however she told me towards the end of my facial to come early next time as I am running over time by 10 mins. Had I have been able to get the facial as soon as I got in rather than having to wait for the two coworkers to do treatments on one another, I wouldn’t have been late. Upon starting the facial she told me this included massage, I explained I felt a bit self conscious about my body, I thought a beauty salon and fellow women would be understanding of this. However she snuck out the room and I could hear her laughing at me with her coworker. This was extremely embarrassing but I continued to take off my top nevertheless. She came back in and I asked her if she could dim the lights if I was getting a massage, as the lights were extremely bright and distracting. She did so, I was pleased. However she was very quick to snatch the towel from my body as she said it was “on wrong” and this exposed my body to her with no warning. I felt extremely upset. The rest of the treatment went well, however the other worker burst in the room and put the lights on, this was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She did not seem to care. When I was waiting for my face mask to set, I could hear both coworkers outside the room talking about me once again. Overall, the treatment was great but the professionalism was awful and I felt extremely degraded being in this beauty parlour. I probably won’t revisit Birmingham again either.

Sometimes have eyebrows waxed here, good service. Had facial once was lovely, enjoyable and very professional service from staff.

I have visited Parveens salon a number of times over the years the latest being for my daughters highlights,wash, dry and cut. Parveen herself was there she was lovely as ever, the staff are great poliet and professional. Sister Misbah attented to my daughter for the day and was professional as ever. I have always had a good experience at Parveens and highly recommend the salon. I always appreciate Pareveen advise as she has vast knowledge in beauty and know what she is talking about and have always had beautiful results at her salon. Sister Misbah has done the carbon facial for me a number of times and is very professional, kind and poliet. I can reccomend Parveens salons for your beauty needs anytime and to top it the the prices are fantastic. ENJOY!!!

I wish I could give 0 star. Owner of the salon Parveen is a very rude and arrogant lady on top of that her staff is non professional as well. They don’t know anything about health and safety. As before laser they have to shave hair from face but girl used old shaving blade on my face and that was very unprofessional and unacceptable as well and also it’s against health and safety act as well. ALSO STOP ASKING YOUR STAFF, FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS BCOS ITS A SCAM AS WELL. MISBA NAHEED IS YOUR STAFF, NADIA IS YOUR STAFF, SHUMAILA AND MANY MORE. Why you have to ask your staff to leave good feedback just to show people that you have a very good salon??? If you are confident that your staff is professional and clean then you don’t have to ask for fake reviews, you know what I MEAN. Send your staff for training so that they can learn about health and safety and professionalism.
