Been with this doctors 23 years can't fault it. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Excellent service

They constantly reject calls and never seem to have any doctors available even when called first thing in the morning Many doctors there seem like they do not care at all and are there just to get patients out he door whether their health issue has been helped or not .and some reception staff are simpley blunt and rude.

Whilst the surgery has been through uncertain times and major changes of Primary Care Providers :-( Dr Rohan and the secretarial staff remain caring and professional. I hope the the surgery manages to appoint more permanent GPs of the same calibre.

Had a GP appointment this morning. Right from my first phone call, the examination by my GP and booking a follow up appointment with reception. Excellent!! Smiles, courtesy and efficiency all the way. I can't praise you enough, thank you ! Norman Leonard

Freindly staff. Understanding. Treat everyone with respect. I suggest you enter with a possitive attitude. This clinic is well placed opposite a park with very few passers by or traffic. This is a purpose built building which profits both staff and clients well.

Very Rude staff member, poor service..... The best option is to demolish the place and transform it to a car park, its the best option for the public.

A realy bad website no menu or search bar no e consutant page to go on to arange a consultation with a doctor (Very Frustrating) doesn't deserve any stars at all

Pick up your phone 32 calls and no pick up its a joke. Not happy.

Phoned 42 times until answer! When finally answered, all appointments gone despite phoning since 7:59am!! Ridiculous!

Major red flag. Unwilling to help out. They behavior can't be described other than inhuman.
