Not aware of ever having any good services from this place. Does not seem to operate with any standards, logic or intelligence. The direct services bin guys seem to actually enjoy blocking the roads, being rude to people who talk to them perfectly politely, even at 6am when its totally clear and they don't have to. Staff contracted the works are aggressive and unhinged. When trying to return a phone call to get works approved I have no response after 50 odd calls and many voicemails. I can only assume management is utter dire if they run it so poorly. Can someone at the top stop sweeping all your issues under the carpet please and actually address problems.

Review

Such a bad traffic every day. The roads are horrible. Cyclists they have a massive cycle path which you can land an aeroplane so big like in Cherwell Drive and they still ride on the road. Also as a council should add more Christmas decoration. Where does all of our taxes go.

Just had mt driveway blocked by a council tenant for over 6 months and council nor police will do nothing, nor anti social team , nor blue badge team as this is abuse of the badge. Hi own land lord for the council Joyce Buckingham does not class this as antisocial behavior, the sergeant form cowley police station has stated on regulatory authority this is not a police matter and I must go to the council directly, i am on the land line phone now and have already been told that there is nothing they can do as i myself have tried all departments. This is the time where the victim becomes the criminal, there was a blue badge fraud investigation done recently and ed turner the mp for oxford has updated the anti fraud team that is was hidden from them however all the mp can do is forward the abusers pictures and yet nothing will happen, which shows that the council have completely dis regarded the duty of care.

Completely useless. The combination of the city and county council pointing at each other every time you complain. Both need to be scrapped and replaced.
