Bought a used A3 from Lisa. She was absolutely excellent making the whole experience easy and stress free. I had spent a frustrating few months having to regularly contact Audi dealers nationwide trying to obtain a specific car. Lisa was superb, not once did I have to call her. I was really pleased to purchase from Audi Oxford. Thank you.

I had a bad experience with Oxford Audi. I am disappointed the following after buying a car in 2018. Clearly the 145 point check was not completed as Bradford Audi completed a health check on my vehicle and reported that the rear jet-washer was blocked, the wipers needed replacing and no indication of when the brake fluid was changed!! Not only this the left Tyre needed replacing at the time of purchasing the car but Paul Davis reset pressure and stated it is not a concern. the indication of low Tyre pressure kept appearing and we had this checked through Bradford Audi and found Tyre needs replacing. Paul Davis would not reply to email as well as no action to further indicate what could be done about this. I had to liaise with Mathew Cripps manager who agreed to have Tyre changed as well as brake fluid only in Oxford. Explained inconvenient with 2 children and travelling from Bradford to Oxford but did not agree for Bradford to complete it. Then in summer period we came to know the back bumper colour is tearing and appears to have slight colour mismatch and then we mentioned colour on bumper to Oxford Audi and there was a young recruit who was unsure. We got no answers. Poor management by sales man and team and seemed as though the staff available were not qualified enough to have explanations for the problems. Overall, its been terrible chasing concerns regarding the car and having work and family commitments in between. Audi dealer was chosen so everything would be safe and reliable. However this has not been the case from Oxford Audi. Having drove the car from Oxford to Bradford with a Tyre needing replacing was not safe. As a customer I have lost the trust in Audi dealer. Don’t recommend to anyone

Months of notice required to get your car in, even more if you need a courtesy car. And so ridiculously expensive (about 40% higher than non audi garage). Courtesy wash is super cursory, almost no point. Almost. Pleasant building and staff. Car seems the same as when I've dropped it off, so who knows.
