I brought back two shirts because they were the wrong sizes and asked for a refund. Unfortunately the first thing I was told was that they couldn't refund anything over £10 as the manager wasn't working on that day so I had to come back another day. I asked where in their refund policy it says that they could not make a full refund, the shop assistant answered it wasn't written in their refund policy because it was an internal policy! After telling them that they were breaking the law, the shop assistant agreed to make a full refund. I used to buy most of my clothes from this shop, but will never come back again. Really poor customer service Oxfam, I was expecting better from you.

You can find good stuff at a low price while contributing to a good cause. Good place to volunteer.

You can find good stuff at a low price while contributing to a good cause. Good place to volunteer. I always find a hidden treasure. A few second hand items are actually new. They recycle all the items donated that can't be used. Buying second hand clothes also reduces your carbon footprint.

Rude staff I recently went in and purchased a few items and a staff member on the till was rude! really rude, could not be bothered to answer my question instead looked at me with a face of contempt. Happens 80% of the time so I should know better and avoid this over priced charity shop. I try to be friendly but alas manners get you nowhere.
