Very poor experience, damaged after 8 months. I purchased a hit tub from this retailer in 2020 during the pandemic, i was promised two delivery dates which never materialised. It was some time later when I received the product. I've had the hot tub for 8 months and now the speakers don't work on the hot tub, I called the after care team and left a number of messages. I finally got through to the team who told me to turn it on and off again!! This didn't work, I again had to call them to tell them it still wasn't working. They told me that its under warranty and that all parts would be replaced. then I was informed that i would have to pay a call out charge!!. My tub isn't 8 month old and its faulty yet they want a call out fee of £70 to correct a faulty machine!. I challenged this and was told that its in the details of my purchase. terrible customer service and the operative was rude in delivery. I don't have a date or time when the speakers will be replaced as they don't have any in stock and have no idea when they will. Again, unbelievable. A terrible experience with this company and certainly wont be using again. On a purchase over £5000 i would have expected better. Don't make the same mistake I did, go elsewhere.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From Sales who gave the best advice and went above and beyond to have our hot tub in by Christmas to the installation by Scott H and Adam C who were very professional and polite, clean, tidy and quick, they also explained the cleaning etc in easy terms and answered all our questions without hesitation. Again, fantastic service, highly recommend xx
