I have been going to Oriental Spa for a number of years for infrared sauna and it is always amazing, but today I went for the 'One Step Ahead Spa Package' and it was absolutely blissful. The treatment room was at the back and opened out onto the garden/deck area, a light breeze drifted in, a water feature bubbled quietly away in the background, dreamy and calming music played gently, the lighting was soft and warm, the massage table was pillowy, comfortable and heated to perfection. It honestly had the ambience and serenity of a secluded tropical island spa retreat. The treatment was divine; relaxing and restorative. Booking online was easy and all Covid protocols were followed which contributed to peace of mind. Tiwi and the team really are wonderful, and I am so grateful to them for such a beautiful experience today (and every time). I would definitely recommend Oriental Spa.

Went to this place 4 times as I bought 5 times package but it only need one bad experience enough to help me decide whether to return to this place. I thought that a female would understand the other female's body condition better but looks like they only think about themselves and their business. I was unwell and hence cancelled my booking hoping to re-schedule (less than 24 hrs notice). First off, I wasn't aware of this policy otherwise I wouldn't be calling them numerous times and sending emails without any answers and finally deciding not to attend. They did not look at the customer's perspective but to come to me saying I should not repeat this the next time. I did apologise to them as I wasn't aware of their policy in the first place. The owner wanted to re-schedule my appointment but I told her look if this is my fault, then just take it as I came and that's it. But she insisted to lecture me about cancelling last minute and losing a customer slot due to that. I don't need repetitive lecture as I only require her to be a bit sympathetic to customers' who is unwell. You can't predict how your body is reacting I supposed. Does that mean when one is unwell and still need to push themselves to go because of their cancellation policy? Totally disappointed about how they attend their customer when something like this arises. Will never go back again and won't even recommend to any of my friends anymore.
