Fantastic service and a really positive experience at Optical Express Cambridge. I am visiting in town and my very loved sunglasses had broken. After asking a couple of other places if they could be repaired, I was that they couldn’t be. Luckily, I gave it one more try at Optical Express. Luiza and Markus took a look and had them fixed and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciated their great friendly service as well as a quality job done. Thank you both for saving my favourite sunglasses!

20/20 vision after wearing glasses for more than 8 yrs. Excellent service from consultation, surgery and after care. Cambridge staff very helpful and friendly definitely recommend.

Extremely friendly service. I waited with my review, because I didn't want to praise before I had the new glasses on my nose. As you probably know people can be really sweet and still not competent. I had tried varifocals twice with two different opticians. Paid a lot of money for really good lenses. It didn't work for me, although I tried hard to get used to it. So frustrating. I'm wearing my new ones since yesterday evening and I'm already very happy. I will definitely go back.

Friendly, honest, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Great range of glasses. I was made to feel at ease given I'm a first time buyer of glasses. Highly recommended!!!
