Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery: Cambridge cambridge

Fantastic service and a really positive experience at Optical Express Cambridge. I am visiting in town and my very loved sunglasses had broken. After asking a couple of other places if they could be repaired, I was that they couldn’t be. Luckily, I gave it one more try at Optical Express. Luiza and Markus took a look and had them fixed and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciated their great friendly service as well as a quality job done. Thank you both for saving my favourite sunglasses!

Extremely friendly service. I waited with my review, because I didn't want to praise before I had the new glasses on my nose. As you probably know people can be really sweet and still not competent. I had tried varifocals twice with two different opticians. Paid a lot of money for really good lenses. It didn't work for me, although I tried hard to get used to it. So frustrating. I'm wearing my new ones since yesterday evening and I'm already very happy. I will definitely go back.

Had lens replacement surgery recently and was not what I had imagined. Wish I had had it done sooner. I had the procedure at Chelmsford and the staff couldn't have been any more comforting and helpful. The follow up appointments were at Cambridge. Again the staff are so helpful and friendly and make you feel really welcome. Thankyou

I was quite anxious about my eye appointment (for personal reasons) and contacted OpticalExpress about my concerns. I needn’t have worried . When they received my message Sam took the time to phone me prior to my visit and explain everything to me. He was excellent and put my mind at ease. All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional including my excellent optician. Thank you all so much I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My lens fell out of my glasses whilst in Cambridge for our anniversary. Sam mended them for me whilst I waited. Excellent service, and nothing was too much trouble.

The experience of eye checking is excellent. The optometrists are professional and I have received great advices. The most important thing is : I have got a pair of glasses that I love most.
