Old Swan Post Office liverpool

I always find the staff lovely to deal with and hardly their fault if the place is understaffed.

The staff was smiling, friendly and fast.

Well to all the negative comments. I have used this post office for over 15 years from posting eBay parcels to paying bills. I have never had an unpleasant word or negative reaction. I have always found the staff very helpful and polite. And I know it's impossible to stop a long que forming ..they are delivering a service and a time can't be put on how long individual transactions will take . Plus blame redundancies for lack of staff not the the staff

Does anyone know if post office can track parcel without receipt? Wont give me a phone number. Just asnwer phone when I call.

Isn't always busy but when it is it's ridiculous. Some nice staff but some really abrupt ones. Worst problem though is telling you they've given u the cheapest parcel price when they've charged you for premium next day service.

Went in today to enquire about a money order. Woman behind counter was completely miserable, unwilling to help, she kept saying we’re closing. She threw a hissy fit because she had to go and get a form for me to fill in. When I filled it in and there was an error on the system, she told me to go somewhere else as they were closing. Completely unprofessional behaviour. If I behaved like her at my job, I would have been fired. People like her shouldn’t work with the public!

Well run post office nice staff and on main road inside old swan area plenty of ATM close by including Tesco Derek Moores 💰🤑

Absolute joke, the web site says open until 12.30 on Saturday I got there at 11.55 for a rude woman to snarl at me and say they are closed at 12. Would not take my parcel and was really offensive. Will not use this post office again !! I wish I could leave no stars as they do not deserve a 1 star rating
