Visit time: mid-afternoon I have just been to the One Shop in Old Swan and I spoke at length to a worker there, and with tact and attentiveness she listened as I explained my situation, which is complex even to me. She spent time quietly listening to my rambling (at times) and engaged with regular eye contact (that is such a help) She advised me (several times) as my condition required it. Even though I will probably not benefit financialy, this woman's professionalism relieved of me some long standing stress. This is not the first time that I have had in depth one-to-one at the Old Swan office (a chap did the same 3 days running 2 years ago, who still works there). Tommy Carroll YX489010D
