Joined this week. Offer was really good and the process was very easy. No pretentious people in there. Plenty of machines available and no time limits! Lots of cleaning materials throughout the gym.

Good to be back. Excellent social distancing and cleaning stations. Felt very safe.

The new receptionists is very rude and condescending, put the phone down on me twice because I had a different opinion to hers and she said she did not have time to listen to me. Also it's beyond me how they think they can still charge the full £34.50 when there is now less than half the facilities on offer, Pandemic or no pandemic! No sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi? Plus this place requires some much needed refurbishment around the pool side and men's changing room and showers. Yet again another place that has lost touch with the saying "The customer IS ALWAYS right"

Love this place. Friendly staff and service users. Plenty of equipment and classes. Lovely pool area to relax and swim. Only down fall is a few repairs need to take place, the equipment is abit dated and the damp needs addressing

The staff are polite and great in what they do! Gym is clean, equipment all in working order, swimming n sauna great to relax, classes are fun n hardwork.

Went to visit today and ended up signing up as well. No hard sell. Just showed me around the place. Very big. With a swimming pool as too as an added bonus.
