Review

The hairdresser made me *stand up* to cut my hair (instead of crouching down to accommodate a paying client). Furthermore, she did not know the basics of brushing hair without causing splitting and damage, and combed my hair aggressively. I'd suggest you train your employees on the basics of brushing from the bottom upwards before letting them work on clients. Unfortunately she didn't listen to my wishes and I came out with only a trim when I was asking for something else. As can be seen in the other reviews, a few people have had issues with your younger workers...this too was one of the young woman.

Always get a great cut at Oasis. Richard is brilliant and does just what you ask for. Not the cheapest but I'm happy to pay a little more for great service.

Had a pedicure as a group-on voucher. A great service, lovely spa treatment at a great price. My feet feel lovely and soft, and my nails are holiday ready! Thank you.
