Too noisy in the morning. Also, gets very noisy once school finishes. Libraries suppose to be quiet

Too noisy in the morning. Also, gets very noisy once school finishes. Libraries suppose to be quiet if I'm not mistaken. There are not many computers available, and can get booked very quickly. The keyboards are horrible – looks too childish. Staff, however, are pretty good and helpful.
