Staff are friendly and knowledgeable (otherwise I'd done 3 stars), but I find it unacceptable that I wanted to buy the most expensive model (S20 Ultra) at £1200 and yet they didn't have anything to show me, no dummy model and not even an equivalent Note 10 model I could feel in my hand to confirm it's the right size for me. A few doors down, THREE not only had a dummy model, but the staff willingly let me try a note10 for size. Therefore, Salisbury O2 lost a sale. I understand phones get stolen which was the excuse - but I'm not spending £1200 without getting the chance to feel one in my pocket. All other shops (CarPhoneWarehouse, Voda etc) all had models you could see. So this problem seems exclusive to the shop, I won't bother trying to buy from them again.

Such knowledgeable, friendly staff. We visited the store to look at new phones yesterday & spoke to several of the team, especially Jack. He was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous.
