Nkuku Lifestyle Store and Café

I bought two sets of cutlery from Nkuku and despite an initial satisfaction with the product, unfortunately the cutlery started to rust after only one week. This was purchased as a stainless steel and dishwasher safe cutlery and at a deer price. Whereby the customer care service was helpful upon purchasing the item, when I wrote to them describing the issue they just vanished. 10 days, still no response. I would not recommend to purchase items from Nkuku as there are clearly some issues with quality control on basic stuff and no aftercare.

I bought some candle holders from Nkuku for our new house, and the first time I used them the glass broke from the heat of the tea light. I sent an email and within a day someone had responded and was very helpful and apologetic. Two days later a replacement was sent. Unfortunately a few more broke after that, so I emailed them again and they sent replacements immediately. I really hope they won't break again, because they really are so lovely. But I do have to say the customer service was amazing, the response time was so fast and I am very happy with my purchases. Thank you very much!

Have never been to the store but ordered products online and we really love them. Far nicer than the mass produced items you find on the high st.

Very nice decor in the cafe. Slight lack of comfortable seating (lots of very stylish wooden stools etc). Coffee was pretty good. Staff seemed stressed and our seats were right next to where the staff were working. Overall this is a pretty great coffee shop.

Love the courtyard...beautifully done. Great place to stop for a coffee on our long journey from Devon to North Yorkshire. Shop has beautiful things, I wanted to buy everything!

Beautifully, well laid out shop with very friendly and helpful staff. We discovered it by driving by where we recognised the name by purchasing their stuff from elsewhere. Purchased a stunning giant Christmas bauble, although tempted to buy the whole shop!!

Interesting warehouses/barns full of furniture and housewares. Nice things but they also have a coffee shop which has closed for what looks like refurbishment of the kitchen. I think they had an outdoor stall running with outdoor seating.

Fantastic shop, bought two lamps which are fantastic quality as was the service from start to finish. Already been back and ordered more. Highly Recommend
