I thought you all should know that the Nip-in Store collection point is absolutely awful. The people in this store have no interest at all. I went to the store to collect my parcel after receiving confirmation that it was ready. The purpose of this service is to collect it at a time that is convenient for yourself. As I entered I mention I was there to collect a parcel to which I was told their machine doesn’t work. I mentioned again that I was there to collect and not send a parcel and gave them my name. I was asked which delivery service was used, I said Hermes to which I was told to go next door. I went next door and was told there was no parcel under my name and that I should go back to the Nip-In Store as indicated on the email. As i went back and explained again (at this point I see a parcel on the floor) I was told 'no' and come back in the morning at 10am as it was HubBox and would need to speak with the Manager. Annoyingly I had to go home and return again in the morning. I arrived and spoke with someone new, again voicing I was there to pick up a parcel. They stood up, looked at a piece of paper and said ‘No’ Nothing else just ‘No’ At this point I've had enough of the incompetence and proceeded to point to the only parcel I could see that slightly resembled the awful photo Hermes took and asked them to check the name. Finally it was my parcel and it had been there all along. I showed my ID and gave my collection code which they took a photo. I have contacted the HubBox service and have informed them that they should rethink using this store as they do not offer any justice to this service. Awful service and terrible attitude. Take a bit of pride in yourselves and try and offer at least a decent service.

Worst customer service I've experienced in Cambridge! "Sam" if that's his real name spoke a different language which I understood and was rude and dishonest. Check prices as they'll try to charge double and not give receipts.

5/ 5

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Nip in Store as they have the best selection of all international products and prices around! Just about everything you want in specialty foods and full selection of everyday products; excellent bakery and fresh Fruits and everything is priced right for a good value. Didn't think that I would find a decent alcohol free wines and beers until I came across this shop. The wines are superb and just taste like the real thing. Good to see all countries alcohol in one independent shop. Store environment is modern fresh and a pleasant place to shop.
