Have been living in my current flat for almost 6 years now and the factor has been with Newton Property throughout. Any questions or issues I've had have always been answered promptly and efficiently. Mainly around general grounds maintenance and parking issues. Lynsey Hutchinson has been a great help and always pleasant and understanding of any issues or concerns we've had on our site. She has been quick to get on with resolving some ground maintenance I had concerns about and it's been dealt with in a matter of days. Making for a safer and more pleasant area to live in. Thanks again Lynsey, your help is much appreciated!

Great team of people, property management at its best, the quality of services from this company is by far the best in Glasgow and the west. A dedicated team and dealing with Sam,Laura ,Sandra, Sophia, Natalie and Vanessa is a joy. Reliable and true to their word i would highly recommend this company for service to their customers and tenants alike. 5 stars all the way

Review

I have recently moved flats and inherited a new factor? Don't want to name them but they are nowhere near as helpful as Newton my old factor. I have read loads of reviews slating factors and didn't appreciate how good Newton were until I could compare them with another company. I always found Newton to be polite, professional and took the time to explain situations, even if they weren't good. Wish I took my old factor with me when I moved.

Recently moved factors to Newton and i am pleasantly surprised at how polite friendly and accomodating they have been since moving into a new flat, i have experienced issues with previous factors and was hesitant with a new one however its been fantastic. I’m shocked at the negative feedback i’ve seen online. They have communicated with me regarding issues that i have experienced within the flat/surrounds and have been a great service so far. Would highly recommend.

Review

Been complaining about water pouring in the communal ceiling of our apartment block for over a year and half. Still nowhere near anything being properly repaired. Plasterwork falling down, rotten toxic mouldy carpet, and lighting flickering and zapping on and off. No consideration for residents safety or well being what so ever! Avoid at all costs.
