What can I say - other than that Dr Newton is simply fantastic! I have never met a doctor, and team for that matter, as professional, caring and personable as the team at Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, Warners Bay. I had an otoplasty surgery in January last year, and to this day, am still simply astounded at the level of care I received from Dr Newton and his team. The receptionists are simply fabulous - they are so easy to talk to and are able to get anything you need done. My nurse, was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was personable and truly cared about me as both a patient and a person. She made me feel incredibly special every time I entered the practice, like she was truly excited and invested in my life and progress post-surgery. Finally, Dr Newton went above and beyond to make sure that I felt special throughout the entire process. As a 16 year old, having paid for the surgery myself, it was a massive change to my physical appearance. I had been dreaming of this surgery since I was 7 years old and Dr Newton made sure he acknowledged what a huge deal the surgery was to me, and made me feel so special throughout the entire process. This surgery, and Dr John Newton, have absolutely changed my life. I am no longer the kid that needs to have her hair down for photos, but the young adult who feels so, SO confident about wearing a high pony tail on a night out. Its even a consideration for my Year 12 formal hairstyle - I would never have felt this confident without Dr Newton. So Thank you Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and Dr Newton, you have changed my life.

Incredible team and an incredibly talented surgeon. Dr Newton saved my life. He was willing to perform 2 breast reconstructions on me when no other surgeon was. Now I can live a normal life without constantly being worried about the birth defect I had. All of his staff are warm, knowledgeable and reliable. Dr Newton is an artist!

I can hands down say I've had the best experience with Dr. Newtown. I've had my breast implants in for 5 years. I am a perfectionist so I was very nervous to get my breasts done and they are amazing. I've been complimented by so many people on how real and natural they look. It has helped my self confidence sky rocket. I've recommended many people to Dr. Newtown including my cousin who also got her breasts done. I wouldn't have gone to any better doctor!

If you're looking at cosmetic surgery, make sure you visit an actual cosmetic plastic surgeon like John! Too many 'pretend cosmetic surgeons' these days. John has been in this business for over 30 years so he knows his stuff, highly recommend!

Review

Charged me $150 odd for literally 5 minutes consult which Dr Newton was 40 minutes late for. Receptionist gave me a "worst case scenario" quote of $550 for 2 mole removals, but failed to inform me that would exclude the room fee of $150 plus the biopsy fee of $225. When I called to inquire the lady was quite rude and dismissive and said she herself gave me a "worst case scenario" quote which is a lie, as that would've been upwards of $700-$800 something, which is what I now need to pay. Cancelled my post op appointment as I don't want to spend another cent on these people. Deceitful, greedy, incompetent and arrogant.
