Dean is amazing! Went with a very damaged car for help and advice on what actions to take. Dean hooked my car up to computers and told me clear and honest facts, he was very welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease he went above and beyond to give the best customer service. Just wanna say a huge thanks and I’ll be back time and time again.

Very bad service. Was only a waste of time today. Have booked an appointment online and have provided all my details. When I attended in their repair centre it turned out they don't have my car in their data base becuase it is a new car and it is to expensive for them to purchase and pay for an additional data.

A Very bad service. I had installed pair of brand new front tyres at this branch. 2 days later one of them started to loose air. I had to add some pressure every couple of days. I went back to the branch. Was told that the leak is from the dirt on the wheel as the tyre isn't fitted properly and they will charge me £20 to reinstall the tyre. Tried to speak to the branch manager, they don't have one. Spoke to the complain department who spoke to the same guy at the branch and was told the same thing!!!! I was contacted by the new branch manager directly after I posted my review and he said it was a misjudgement by the guy at the branch and he offered me a full repair. Thanks

Excellent service without any prior booking. Arrived on the off chance I could be fitted in and had new tyres and tracking sorted within the hour. Reasonable priced and staff very friendly and helpful.

The online booking system works perfectly and is very easy to book an appointment online for services. The staff were very helpful and professional too.
