Nando’s bath

After a long day at work and being on my feet all day I wanted to go somewhere for my tea where I could relax and felt comfortable in. I went to Nandos and ordered my food which was lovely and came a lot quicker than expected, I then had chocolate brownie for dessert which was also really nice although a bit smaller than I thought it would be. They do bottomless drinks so you can go and help yourself to fizzy drinks and the staff are friendly and polite. The food came quickly and the actual place has a nice theme to it and is nice and chilled out.

Nice place with sitting place inside and outside in the same building of cinema. So, good have movie time with Nandoos.

Food is good but attention to customer none, they forgot salad, need to get up and almost get it, and a jug of water that never came....

I dont know why people rave about this place... this was the first time I had been to a nandos and i won't be going again... the food is overpriced overcooked and absolutely no taste.. the garlic bread was like a brick, the chicken burnt and coleslaw was like something that my dogs had thrown up , a total waste of time and money... do not waste your hard earned cash by going here.....

I love nando's but when I went to Bath I though that's the safest option but what a let down it was...bad customer service there was no queue but we waited for good 15mins just to get the attention of a staff member and then when we placed our order and we got the chicken which was burnt .so I still love nando's but not going to Bath ones ever..

Where was the manager? Just a bunch of kids doing nothing, extremely poor service from every single member of front of house! The only hard working staff where kitchen staff, you could see they were working really hard while front of house just messed about and played catch up. It was great to here all the gossip between your colleges and family and not sure if you got covid! Just a freaking joke! The food tasted good so well done kitchen, shame your front of house can't carry their end of the deal. If there was a manager in tonight then he needs to either get out the office or find a new job! Because he/she is not doing it!! First time I've ever been here and I won't return. I'll give another business who cares about there customers my money

Both staff and food were great. Their manager went the extra mile when their IT System shut down and he still took our order and got the food on the table without any delay (one of the waiters that was there wasn't as keen to do it). I recommend this Nando's, the chicken was made perfectly as well.

This Nandos is located on the 1st floor. We were sat down quickly by a staff member. The food was good and came out quickly. Found the sauces easily but the cutlery wasn't brought out with our food so had the go ask for some. Wasn't an issue though. As Nandos go this is a decent one.

The place looked great, and the burgers tasted lovely! I also orderd chicken thighs but these tasted a little too much like fish in my and my partners experience.

Foods was standard, service was average. Nothing stands out to push them into 4-5 stars. I would go again to this location as there is a cinema below.
