Very unprofessional rude man. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment an had other appointments to go

Very unprofessional rude man. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment an had other appointments to go to.Over heardconversations about what girls wear when they go out etc to his clients on and on and on for 20 mins and this is the reason he was keeping me waiting all that time.sick as I was needing to get in. When he finally came out.i said if I hadn't paid for this before hand I would have walked out.NO APOLOGY NOTHING!! He just said if you want yr money back then I will do that.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! In this time of stress and depression you would expect more respect and consideration for yr customers who aren't coping and need help.Apparently you don't have any.so it's all about money then eh??
