We bought our home and Myddelton & Major were the agent for our sellers, they were truly amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions. Without their expert knowledge and assistance we would not completed in the time we did, if at all. Thanks to Jack and the team. If we ever look to resale we will without doubt use their services. 10/10!!!!

We recently purchased a house which was marketed by Myddelton & Major. From the initial proactive contact to the completion in 12 weeks over a busy Christmas break they were both helpful and courteous. We would recommend them to any potential vendor.

We found them most unhelpful during the final stretch of our purchase. We walked away due to information we learned late in the process. Some transparency by the vendor and possibly agent would have saved us much time and money. A good lesson learned. As purchaser your on your own against both agent and vendor. What you don't discover is your problem don't expect any assistance from their end. We feel very fortunate to walk away only down £2000.

We have just used the services of this company to sell our home. Moving home is a big thing for anyone to undertake. From the moment we met Sarah Cull we knew we were dealing with someone very capable to the point we didnt even get other firms to view our property. What a team and the best choice we could have made. Right from the start we were guided by her. Middleton and Major handled the viewings, taking all the stress out of the viewings. I say all the viewings - that only took 3 weeks and we had a sale at a price we wanted. At this point Tara took up the mantle and followed everything through to exchange keeping us regularly updated on the process of the sale. I have moved many times but I have never been lucky enough to have a team like this one. Absolutely brilliant.

As tenants we have been incredibly impressed with the service we've received so far from Myddleton and Major - specifically the help we've had from Siobhan. We are now renting the house of our dreams and she has been incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We couldn't be more grateful for her help getting us here. Thank you so much for such a smooth straightforward process.

As a new landlord in Salisbury I was pleased to come across Myddelton & Major who stood out amongst the many letting agents here. My initial contact was with Alastair who took the time answer all my many questions and demonstrated fairness and integrity in discussing the commercial elements of our relationship. For the day-to-day running of the tenancies my contact is Siobhan who has been highly efficient and professional in helping get the properties prepared for rental, conducting viewings and assessing prospective tenants. Now the properties are fully let and I am happy to recommend Myddelton & Major as a firm that aims to deliver an excellent service.

Interactions with estate agents are often either stressy or tedious! The former because you're trying to rent a place or because something vital has broken (like the boiler!); the latter because some safety check or property inspection needs to be done again. Or indeed both because we're dealing with e.g. utility companies of less than stellar competence (she says from several such experiences!). But I've always found the team at M&M to be professional, friendly and helpful despite everything. Particular applause today for Siobhan who wasn't prepared to settle for British Gas's service contract offer of (online) December or (on the phone) next week, but on her own initiative pushed them into paying for someone else to come and fix said boiler *today* as they should have been able to do.

We have found Shiobhan in the Letting Department to be excellent. She has managed several of our properties through the process, and found us the ideal tenants. She is always very responsive, has excellent knowledge of the property market and we have found her to be very professional.
