Review
We had no hot water and heating for a couple of days so we called My Plumber to revise the situation with our old boiler. The engineer inspected the boiler and was able to fix the issue right away. The plumber advised us that the time for replacing the boiler is near and we have to expect it. Excellent boiler service and definitely would use the same company for the upcoming boiler replacement. We appreciate that the place was left clean and tidy after the service.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The plumber came on time, fully equipped and ready for work. There was a lot of repairs to be done at my new apartment, starting with replacing the kitchen sink mixer and replacing the pipe installation in the bathroom. The technician took a lot of effort, and he was brilliant and the result was really good. I am happy that there were no damages to the apartment or any additional costs. Would recommend My plumber and would work with them again!

Responsive and reliable plumbers. Called the company for the same day service and they were able to arrange a technician for me. The services were from the highest possible quality as well. The plumber put covers on his shoes and cleaned after himself. I would recommend and use again if needed.

I have previously used these guys for five years when they provided an ok service now that they are part of fantastic services definitely avoid and under no circumstances give them your credit card up front. I booked a routine annual boiler service in November the contractor accidentally drained the expansion valve as a consequence the boiler kept losing pressure. I called up to report this problem to be told through the sales team of fantastic services that they could send someone to fix the problem but I would be charged but if it worked out it was their fault I would be refunded. The company sent the same engineer as soon as he walked in he was very apologetic and said he had read my email and knew immediately what had happened “ that he had accidentally drained the expansion valve”. During the whole of his visit he repeatedly apologised for his mistake. After his visit I nevertheless received an invoice from my plumber for the second visit. I have emailed them 3 times outlining the situation and asking for a refund. They just don’t reply. I will never use them again.

The plumber did a perfect job of installing my new boiler. The technician was friendly, organised and answered all my questions. His work was neat and tidy and everything was done as it should be. I am happy with the plumbing service carried out by My Plumber. Would use their services again!
