Trained regularly at this gym. I am paralysed but I can walk. All the people who trained at the gym gave me respect and never made me feel uncomfortable. So if you have an impairment or are a little older and slower than your younger body join muscle and fitness the cardio section outside of the weights area is a very comfortable workout area. But the upstairs workout floor is also enjoyable. Also the water aerobics is another exercise.
