My telephone face time with the doctor went really well, he asked all the right questions so I felt at ease , we discussed the problem of the lock down and he understood why I could not go to the hospital at the time of the accident. He recommended some physio for my neck which I will be very grateful. I was very pleased with your service.

Review

The team was quick on contacting me via texts and emails and it was my choice to book a remote assessment. My first appointment failed as the Dr that I was booked with did not attend. Following I received and apology email and I was given a second one. The Dr attending the remote meeting was very polite and professional and I received the report really fast. Overall I am satisfied with my experience
