They are very heavy handed with the heat styling tools, they will fry your hair instead of working with your natural texture. Sometimes you don't want a total change but something that works for your hair type and the look that you are going for. Sometimes a less is more approach is needed. I do not recommend that you visit here if you have curly or textured hair because they make it obvious that they have no idea what they're doing when they come out with the heat styling tools and try to make your hair conform to what they're used to styling. Also they will charge you extra for the inconvenience of having textured hair that *needs* extra styling (it doesn't FYI) and you will generally leave the salon feeling deflated from the rough treatment, pulling, yanking and overuse of heat tools on your hair

A great place to get a haircut, Lucy and her staff always makes me feel welcome. Ashlee always does a nice job cutting my hair and I had a few nice compliments from other people regarding how much nicer my hair looks now compared to six months ago...back then it was the standard size 2 buzz cut 🙃🙃 Believe it or not even an old man enjoys a great haircut and Miss Glamourpuss delivers that for me every time I visit their salon.

they have amazing staffs. very customer centric and compared to other beauty places where they convince you to go for unwanted services. these pretty ladies give u genuine suggestions when asked and very professional.
