Tia is an incredible remedial therapist. I presented with a very sore neck I assume due to poor posture. Her knowledge of anatomy was very good and within two sessions she had entirely corrected the problem. In conjunction with her advice in regard to how to stop this reoccurring with abdominal strength I have not had this issue for several months. Very impressed.

Metta is an experience. Greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, you enter the Metta studio which is place of such calm and tranquiity. The massage Tia provided was exemplary. It soothed and relaxed, and she addressed points of concern I'd raised during the pre-treatment discussion. I can not recommend Tia and Metta highly enough. 5 stars!
