Having had joint problems and pain since I was 14, I went to this doctors practice. They gave me a blood test and when nothing came up I was told "If it doesn't come up on your blood tests, it's nothing serious." So I tried to trust in that decision. Until I felt I had to go back, same test, different excuse. "Everyone clicks. You probably just know someone with arthritis and you're just worried about it." So after 3 years of getting nowhere, I just gave up. I didn't talk about my pain or other symptoms and problems that had began to pop up. I have done my best to just ignore it. I haven't been to the doctors in 3 years now. Not for anything. I don't want to go near it and I don't want to see any of the doctors faces. I'm angry and upset with how they handled the situation. They had even promised to send me to a rheumatologist, but it never happened. And I've been left feeling like I'm going crazy because "There must be nothing wrong." But my joints click, grind and pop in and out of place and I've even began to feel numbness in my hands (Consistant with MS symptoms, which, surprise surprise, doesnt come up in blood tests). The only other thing I can say is that I didn't just go to 1 doctor, over that time I seen around 3 doctors. When I thought I was being listened to, it comes right back and hits me in the face. This is a terrible doctors practice that sent me round and round in circles. I've stopped working and started having many more symptoms and I've been left feeling like there's nothing they can do to help me, or that they just don't want to help. They ignored the fact that I was actually in pain and basically told me I was paranoid. Bottom line - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I have used this practice for about seven years but in the last few years it has really dropped in standards seems to be run for the staff rather than the patients I will be moving

Extremely rude and incompetent doctors (the two that I have visited). I had an 8:30am appointment, the doctor rolled up in his car at ten past 9 and made me wait a further 20 minutes, offering no apology or explanation. Twice I have been offered hospital referrals, the first time the doctor did not bother to book it, the second time I went to the hospital and the referring doctor did not bother to contact me with the results.

Okay I have been disqualified from the Centre for not attending my appointments and for that I can only apologise as I haven't been feeling all that clever or feeling a 100% As it's not a stone throw away from me I gave a 5 star posting is it possible to get a change of decision and place me back onto being a patient again with your centre??.
