Review

Nothing much to write about except location is close to Sovereign Hill and food outlets on Main Street. Popular convention centre hence general parking spots were full. Hotel guests have dedicated parking spots. Our Breakfast was rushed to accommodate conference guests. Atmosphere is casual and rustic. Check-in was a breeze. Staff courteous. Rooms average.

Review

Came for a work conference. The rooms and the eureka ballroom in the time I was there was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, although the light took a while to flicker and turn on. I did enjoy the service they provided in catering for a large group, they sent us off with a packed lunch. My vegan colleagues were not as impressed with meal options for her dietary needs. While the rest of us got beautiful dinners, she was left with a small beetroot as a meal. Overall a good experience, some areas to improve :)

Sharon, who looked after check in was wonderful but that’s where the good things ended. Our room, although clean with a comfy bed, had a light outside that couldn’t be turned off at night so lit up the room all night. On top of this, there was no Wifi for our entire stay and the water pressure in the shower was so non-existent that I needed to rinse shampoo out of my hair under the tap in the bathroom sink. All these things individually would be no real problem but together made for a really below average stay.

The staff's service was lovely and the hotel stay was beautiful, you made my wedding day feel really special! Another shout out for hosting the vaccination clinic and being so lovely to the vaccination staff, we will always appreciate you and your savoury scones 😊

Review

A great place to stay and staff were friendly. Special shout out to Sharon(Reception) for making our stay pleasant. The room is clean and maybe more water pressure in the shower.
