We purchased a spa from Darren & Narelle at Mega Spa Australia and we are so happy with it. The guys at Mega Spa were very helpful explaining all their spas and the pro and cons of each based on what we were after and also for the space we wanted to put it in. They have been very attentive when I have emailed them with questions about chemicals etc. Fantastic local business. Highly recommend!

We purchased a new Spa and the service and depth of knowledge was outstanding. The company recommended a company to do a delivery to the country which was awesome. The spa has been fantastic with lots of lazy afternoons laying in the spa. Great spa and we love it.

Review

An OK experience for the price paid. When you buy the cheapest option you can't complain that things aren't perfect. The sales and installation was great, but there are a few little quirks. I'd also recommend researching about sanitiser options beforehand and not blindly following recommendations. The new age "environmentally friendly, low allergenic" options are expensive, and don't work as well as traditional treatments.
