I've been with Amanda twice now for a house purchase, and once for a house sale, and she is absolutely excellent. I have no doubt that Mark, the other partner, also provides a great service. These people know what they are doing, they're very thorough and I trust them completely. Superb service!

Both Amanda and Mark are excellent. We used Massucco Buttress for the purchase of our house (which was not entirely straight forward). They picked up potential problems very early on and dealt with them immediately, chasing the sellers solicitor and making sure everything was done properly. All communication with the office was timely and helpful. Highly recommend.

Amanda Buttress is very meticulous and extremely good value. She noticed a few subtle potential issues with the flat I was purchasing and her charges were much less than I have heard other solicitors charge from speaking to other property owners. The first flat purchase fell though (mortgage related, not her fault) and she didn't even charge me for her time on that property! I would thoroughly recommend.

Amanda Buttress has assisted me with the purchase of 2 properties and a sale over the years. I'm continually impressed with her attention to detail, her quick responses and her patience with less efficient parties.
