Laurie is a very gifted masseuse with healing hands. He is very attentive to each persons individual needs and he sits with you to discuss what you want from the massage and check in with your mind and body before he begins. He is an ayurvedic massage therapist and uses his yoga training in his work, alternating between pressure applied with hands (and feet if you want it) and also moving your body into yogic stretches to get deep into the muscles. I leave everytime feeling refreshed and renewed and excited to come back again.

Just came out of my first massage with Laurence. He is very professional, patient and knowledgable about what he is doing. He always made sure the treatment wasnt too difficult for me and was very honest. I feel relaxed and can't wait for my next session. If you are looking for treatment that isn't just a general massage, i can't reccomend Laurence enough. Worth every penny.
