LOVE the staff in here! Every time I come in the team upstairs always chat to me are so friendly and funny too. Good prices, could do with a little more choice in styles feels a bit safe at the moment

Nice to be able to go shopping with husband and find clothes that fit him! Most shops cater for young, slim people not older, rotund men who still take a pride in their appearance.

Brill today loads of nice clothes and shoes only needed to go to M&S nowhere else

What can you say about Marks and Spencer. Good quality goods. Maybe a bit pricey for some folk but you get what you pay for.

Just been served by Christina here today .... didn't have my size jacket so she phoned through to our Chester store to reserve one for me. Many thanks Christina for your wonderful help & super customer service.

It's ok

Had a lovely experience being helped around by a young gentleman by the name of Ryan, I was struggling to find some clothing for my Husband for him to wear this cold Christmas season and he walked around with me showing what product was better than the other and walked me over to the till and served me himself. But while I was being served another member of staff going by the name of Pat came over and had such a horrible attitude treating Ryan with such disrespect that even I myself was in complete shock that I didn't even know what to do or say. Quite frankly I am disgusted and still am by the actions of this member of staff, 0/5 stars. 5/5 would go again if Ryan was going to be the one to serve me.

Busy store and cafe. My partner and I stopped off at the cafe, for tea, hot choc, and a light lunch, before setting off for more shopping. Plenty of tables and staff clearing them regularly as people leave. The queues at the till are dealt with quickly

Very friendly and helpful service by Kath at the Home Dept. Even though the queue was very long, she took the time to make certain that the car pick up service can be used. It occurred seamlessly.Thank you very much and have a blessed Christmas
