Called in for white trousers and came out with those and a lot more. Lovely selection and excellent service as always. Of course we had to stop for tea and cake after all that shopping in their cafe, nice.

Mostly overpriced because it is aimed at older people with money. Sometimes their prices are fair enough though. It's a shame the amount of added sugar they put in everything, although they are finally catching on with their plant range and cauliflower rice which I buy regularly. The clothes are great quality , and they don't have ridiculous sizing (like a size 10 being tiny, making you feel fat) I always buy lingerie from there because its comfortable and lasts.

Visited yesterday & was really disappointed with the range and choice of clothing. Most of the individual brands (Limited Edition, Indigo etc) seem to have been removed, Per Una was greatly reduced, & I didn't look at Autograph. Very limited choice of suits for my boyfriend, and just racks and racks of pretty uninspiring separates through the rest of the store. There did seem to be a large range of swimwear, and the shoe selection was good. I had a 20% discount with my Sparks card, but nothing to spend it on. If it stays like this, the only reason I'll go there again will be for underwear.

Just called to say goodbye. When we were younger we went to M and S for well- made products and good service. Today we found only tat, and nobody interested in selling it to us. (At least they have their pride). Sad to see another part of our youth hit the buffers.
