Stayed one night this week. The website advises there is dining on site at the hotel restaurant but doesn't advise that it's only open for dinner 3 nights. There's no room service and no mini bar. Not even a bottle of water in the room. These are all manageable considerations if you're planning ahead and aware of what to expect but if you're arriving late after a long drive expecting to be able to get something to eat it would be helpful to have some warning. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel with no room service and no mini bar. The room unfortunately wasn't very clean in places. Windows were very dirty, plates and cutlery unwashed and there were half-wiped smears on cupboard doors I'd rather not think about. There were only two pillows on a king size bed with crumpled pillowcases as if straight out of the dryer (hopefully clean) but definitely not the pressed, well-presented multi-pillow look in hotel marketing photos online. On the positive side bathrooms were newly renovated and beautiful. Staff were pleasant and check in was easy other than there being no designated parking/drop off area on the street in front of the hotel. Competition for parking out front is a bit of an issue and again some advance warning about what to expect would be helpful to improve traveller's experience.
