Have been extremely rude to my disabled mother on multiple occasions. My mother is on a lot of medication and most recently doctor Khan decided to tell her there's nothing wrong with her and that she's healthier than he is. Absolutely ridiculous. The only people worth seeing there are the advanced practitioner nurses and the diabetic nurse. Receptionists are rude, the doctors are non-existent, and, apparently now even when a doctor does grace you with their presence, they are insulting and dismissive. Do not use this surgery if you can avoid it.

Went for a letter for university regarding my mental health issues, as I needed proof. Has taken over two weeks for them to sort it and I’m still waiting for it to be done

After being there for some years it’s now comes across as if it’s poorly managed and and as though there are no doctors there at all. The mannerism of the receptionists are absolutely ridiculous. I totally understand and respect that they probably would’ve dealt with a lot of aggressive or angry patients but that does not mean every patient calling in is to be spoken as if they’re dealing with an angry patient with such abrupt snappy tone. If you don’t like your job move on. Theyre the first contact in the surgery it’s so off putting. Some of the receptionists communications skill are very poor. There is no listening at all. All you get is the “well call in so and so time and if you get seen then you do if not then you don’t” well hang on moron that’s why im ringing! To make an appointment? Honestly it’s beggars belief. Some looked like slapped donkeys arse and their body language; slapping keyboard huffing and puffing and tone of voice - omg you just want to slap the keyboard over their heads!

I've registered at 6 or 7 different surgeries in my life and I never even imagined that a doctors surgery could be this badly managed. The Doctors are trying to re-diagnose me for something that I was diagnosed with over half a decade ago, despite them being provided evidence by myself, the unit that diagnosed me and one of my former doctors surgeries. Recently, I had an ear infection and the doctor supplied me wrong antibiotics. Next thing I know, the skin inside my ears had fallen off the bones and I'm back at the an emergency doctors a week later and was finally given the correct antibiotics for the symptoms this time, but he advised me to return to Park Health and demand an ear cleaning so the infection didn't come back. The infection came back and the doctor gave me MORE antibiotics and told me they couldn't clean my ears and recommended I go to Specsavers to ask for an ear cleaning but their waiting times are months and they will not treat people with active infections. Finally I gave up with this surgery and went to a private specialist and found out that everything I was given and recommended by the doctors had caused me huge issues, that could not have been solved without seeing an ENT. Also, as it turns out, NHS doctors take kickbacks for not referring people to ENTs (among other services). This is why I was not referred to an ENT despite asking multiple times, and was even told to go to Specsavers instead! Terrible
