Was the first art gallery I've visited with lots of variety in the exhibits. it went from sculptures, pottery, old art and even family friendly area. Recommend as it's good free thing to do in the centre

I go to Manchester Art Gallery a few time every year. One of my favourites. It's worth a visit, and it always has new exhibitions and events going on! It's worth to point out, that it FREE entry. It's a very welcoming place. There's always someone at the entrance who is very helpful and will point you in the right direction.

Manchester Art Gallery has improved immensely in the last few years since its modernisation. The permanent collection is a little limited but the visiting exhibitions are varied and interesting. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are excellent. If you are in Manchester take a look, there's much more to this city than football & music

Lovely place to visit. Clean and well organized. We went twice in our holiday and was a wonderful experience. Entrance is free but please donate to keep the place running to its best. Good job done.

The building its self is beautiful with the way the older building has been extended. The artwork inside is a great collection with a few of my favorites below! There were free guided tours and helpful staff dotted about just wish the place was a bit bigger!!!
