Great well equipped gym and spa, perfect for all levels of gym experience either first time ever walking in to a gym or a professional athlete looking to maintain. Very friendly welcoming staff and members

Great staff. Nice and new apart from the lockers. Fantastic gym and equipment. Pool, sauna, steam brill.

Really good gym, the pool and spa facilities are lovely, it has big changing rooms and the gym has all of the equipment and free weights one needs, which usually isn't the case in a more "leisure" based gym. The only thing is you can't lift too heavy as you're told that you're not allowed to drop your weights on the lifting platforms as its above the cafe, which seems a bit absurd/poorly thought out.

Excellent facilities & very friendly staff. Swimming is sometimes ruined by grown adults behaving like children and wrestling in the pool & taking up the swim space.
