Use the storage facility. Staff good, but they close at 12.00 on Saturday! You then cannot get in! I work during the week, so have 3 hours to move items. Everyone else allows customers to get in at anytime. Why not here?

Very disappointing service. Looked so much forward to having them ship my things - a very simple case - but from start till the end they were being un-cooperative and made the entire thing into a very sad and inconvenient thing. I used the Service Oxford/UK - Switzerland, but the person in charge was in various ways extremely unhelpful in a way I have never experienced it with any moving company and rarely altogether. False claims about what we agreed and even about what they had written being part of it. Had I known, I would have definitely gone for one of the many private offers one finds through the somewhat more informal moving services. Mind, the recommended insurance comes as extra cost on top of quoted price. Transport itself was impeccable though: none of some of my somewhat fragile things were broken, which was a relieve as I had decide to not pay the insurance.

Basically the rudest people you will ever deal with. Completely inflexible, lie, rude to a level that will shock you as a client. There are others out there doing the same at the same cost, use them.

Luker Bros just did my move from Switzerland back to the UK and I couldn't fault anything in the process. They were quick, reliable and efficiency, no breakages and good communication.

Very good service. Would definitely recommend. Stepped in at very short notice but still provided us with great service, and at a good price too. Both office and moving guys were very friendly and ultra efficient. Only wish we'd had time to use their packing service too.

Excellent service! They put my mind at ease.. when they delivered in CH on a boiling hot day (me still in the UK & my old man accepting the delivery) they still had the energy to put my stuff in the allocated area without complaining 🧡

Nothing but positive feedback for the company. They really bent over backwards to help with a last minute storage need and every contact I've had with them has been great. Good value and great service. Not one for reviews normally, showing how good they really are.

Absolutely has to be the worse customer service ever experienced from them. They have a rude man there named Ian Morris - Avoid him unless you wish for your blood pressure to rise from his sheer audacity and pompousness! They are truly tardy n their response and replies also. I used them earlier this year for a round trip service (Delivering to Switzerland and then collecting to deliver in the UK) The cost for this was the same as half that load for just a one way drop! Ian Morris said 'well take it or leave it, you're not our only customer!' AVOID THEM. I have DPD collecting tomorrow and shipping there for Monday at £365 cheaper!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
