4/ 5

Dr Canning is the best Doctor(never mind GP) that I have ever been blessed with looking after me. It can be sometimes difficult to get appointment with her, as she is popular, but worth the wait. A special mention to Lauren , Louise and Kirsty who are always helpful and patient with me. We have to remember that these professionals are only human and doing the best that they can in sometimes extremely stressful times .

Called at opening time, I understand many people will wish to get seen to and heard, but it is unprofessional to hang up on someone. The Doctor's want nothing to do with you and will take the quickest exit out of the conversation with you.

1/ 5

This is the worst GP surgery I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Many of the receptionists are incredibly rude and intrusive. While the female GPs have been reasonable, the male doctors are judgmental, abrupt, dismissive, don't appear to listen, and generally lack any sign of compassion or empathy. Extremely glad to have escaped and found a new surgery. Horrible experience.

This is the fourth time in a row I've went to collect my prescription and it hasn't been ready. Today I was told that it had literally came through from next door ( the surgery ). I have been told that in all of these occasions. Tomorrow when I go to collect my prescription will be over one week since emailing my prescription. I find this unacceptable and am, after 56 years being with the surgery considering changing practises.

Staff are all great, appointment system is easy and never a problem like a lot of gp surgery's atm.

5/ 5

Staff are all great, appointment system is easy and never a problem like a lot of gp surgery's atm. I recommended them to my mum as she has a lot of health issues and previous gps have been a real problem for her and they have been absolutely amazing with her. They really go the extra mile. Yes it takes a while to get someone on the phone sometimes but it's a gp surgery they are busy!
