Losehill House Hotel & Spa – Peak District

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The food, location, service and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic. We’ve recharged our batteries ready to face the challenges ahead. Your efforts as a privately owned business are very much appreciated.

Wonderful hotel and Spa ... the scenery surrounding is stunning, the decor is tasteful and comfortable, the food is top class, the staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing.... The spa facilities are excellent with a wonderful outdoor heated jacuzzi to sit and enjoy the views. Would highly recommend!!!

I had the half day package. It was pretty expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. The lunch was delicious, highly recommend the lamb belly starter 🤤 Paid an extra £5 for the full massage which was spot on and went through a few knots in my back/neck. Steam room, sauna and indoor pool were good, but it's all about that outside hot tub! Lovely and hot, powerful jets and a great view. 👍

We had the full body (back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage) treatment as part of the half day spa. Extremely good massage with the right amount of pressure applied. The only downside that it definitely didn't last for the advertised 60 minutes, probably closer to 45/50 once the treatment had actually started. The pool, hot tub, steam, sauna area was lovely and the two courses of lunch were really tasty.

Losehill House is in a lovely setting, it couldn't be nicer. The interior is also fabulous, lovely wooden floors and beautiful georgian-style windows looking out onto the gardens and the view. We have been a few times now. And most importantly, the food is absolutely beautiful, local produce used to make the most fabulous dishes - I should have taken photos of that too. 5 stars to the chef at least 😁

Loved it. Girls midweek birthday getaway. Great room, perfect location, delicious food, spa facilities with an amazing view and very helpful staff . Separate big thank to the wonderful service staff in the restaurant and to the chef who wrote Happy birthday on the plate with the dessert 🍮 in beautiful chocolate writing 🤩

We had a fantastic stay, friendly and polite staff, very attentive throughout! Rooms were very clean and to a good standard apart from the ironing board. Food and drink was excellent. I would give 5 star but the spa bit let it down, not very luxurious, jacuzzi was excellent with the view but the steam room and sauna was disappointing. Thank you for the great hospitality tho, my wife loved it, we will be back!

Beautiful location, very comfortable rooms, stylish lounge bar, with a great chef and a relaxed dining room. Staff make you very welcome. Super alert to sanitising rooms after each stay, which produces a very powerful spray. So best to leave the room for a while after such an admirable safety measure. Good excuse for a drink in the bar anyway. 🙂

Had a wonderful stay at Losehill House and Hotel for our babymoon in beautiful surroundings inside and out. Room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Food was amazing, with great selection. The spa and pool area was clean and not too busy thanks to the well organised booking system. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional and we felt very well looked after. Thanks so much!

Great place for a totally relaxing overnight break or a few days away. We booked an offer which included use of the spa facilities as well as 3 course dinner and full breakfast. Dinner was excellent. The house has lovely grounds where you can sit and relax and the hot tub looks onto open countryside which is a pretty nice way to spend a bit of time.
