Review

Never on time, I have to come from work have an our break to come. Doctor sees me for 5 min but waiting time is usually 40 min. They should be more organised.

service used to be great, could always get an appointment. short wait times. it's gone to the dogs. can never get an appointment. waited an hour at the surgery last time. many (not all) of the staff are incredibly rude. the doctors have always been awful. avoid. moving to the orchard to see if they're any better.

I have been with Lodgeside for 10 years. Wait times vary from same day to 2 weeks but that is not their fault. I have always found the staff and doctors helpful efficent but maybe that's because I am polite to them and stick to the facts of any illness I am experiencing. I have friends that live opposite a surgery in Downend that have to regularly wait 4 weeks for an appointment. The grass in not necessarily greener in other surgeries!

Review

Been signed up here for a few months and when I needed their help for a chest infection, they were very good. Received a phone call from the doctor, then had a consultation on the very same day. There was a slight wait but they did warn me of it, so all good. Excellent service.
