The Female counter staff and Pharmacist are great, professional and polite. The older Male Pharmacis

The Female counter staff and Pharmacist are great, professional and polite. The older Male Pharmacist is somewhat rude and abrupt and needs to be better trained in customer service. For this my score goes from a 5* to a 2*. Previously: Very helpful and polite staff, providing a great service. Professional and convenient alternative to the GP on occasion.
