Use to like this bank before the refurbishment but one computer to deal with anything more complex than a transfer is terrible!

A modern bank branch with helpful staff that are happy to answer your queries. It's disappointing there are no teller stations in this branch. That is the way things are going for smaller branches but I still like to talk to a person when dealing with my accounts sometimes, and don't want to have to travel to do so. Overall though, they provide a good service.

Great came in and a staff member was there ready to help and had resolved my issue very quickly and I could go. :)

I opened a bank account today. Did it so fast and so easily I was surprised. Such friendly and efficient staff.

Very rude and arrogant the staff there. Won't be going back there again.
