The manager in my opinion was extremely rude with me, raised her voice to me and treated me worse than to other local clients, used which appeared to me hostile body language, I had the feeling that as a foreigner I was not welcome by this lady. She openly claims that she treats different clients depending on she know the client or not, no matter if you show your passport. After asking calm and politely for a withdrawal of my founds she, extremely upset and rude, even dared to threaten me in front of other clients with something named "creating a note about this conversation" as evidences that I posses demonstrate. Terrible place, if you are latin I cannot recommend this place.

A relative went there and felt he suffered very poor customer service by an employee of the branch who my relative felt was very agresive, and spoke so loud. If you are a south european it might be better if you choice another branch rather than this one. Apparently and in huge contrast to this branch in which my relative felt he suffered poor customer service (Law Courts, I recommend you to avoid this branch) in the other branch of the bank (Church Street) they treat better by far clients and the manager is a polite gentleman.
