Took the National Express from to Chesterfield. It's easy to find and plenty of places to hang around while waiting for the bus. There are shelters with seating. It seems there is only one platform/stop for the national express and the rest of the stops are inner city, it can be confusing but there are plenty of people usually to ask around. No toilets near by and no smoking in the shelters. We went in November and this tree was lit up as an indication where the bus station was located.

This coach station is very confusing. It used to be really accessible and easy to get to when it was located by Norton Street. It is situated just behind John Lewis now. It is good if you haven't been on a coach before.
