Good set up for young athletes to learn there trade. Great days racing with a good group of volunteers

Love going recommend it ,as an older unfit lady your not intimidated by size 10s in lycra just ordinary people doing there best to get fitter staff helpful if you ask anything ,for me I wish there was someone upstairs in the gym more to help with some of sitting machines without having go downstairs ,and ask ,which they will do no problems.

Great facilities however the outdoors area needs improvement and some indoor areas aren't the best.

Always quiet and a great surface to run on.

Good sports park brilliant for football.

good sports centre just becareful on the carpark as some idiots picking up their kids from the school at the back come flying in and i almost got run over

Loved it lovely place food and drink very nice staff all friendly

Decent set up in the gym.
