Highly recommend this facility. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they listen to what results you’re after and guide you towards your desired outcome. I’ve experienced some great results from using the infrared sauna in a few short weeks - skin pigmentation is reduced, keloid scarring on my chest and shoulder have significantly flattened and my stress levels reduced. Love that it’s got Bluetooth available so you can really enjoy the full experience, safe to say, I’m addicted :-)

I had such a great experience at lismore Infrared Sauna! The sauna is brand new with Bluetooth connectivity so you can listen to your own music and the space they have created is the ultimate zen room, massage chair, salt lamp, essential oils going as well as tea and water available if you’d like. 5***** !
