Most of the staff and the manager are EXCEPTIONALLY rude to teens. I've never been to a place where that kind of behaviour was persistent. It is actual astounding.

Happened to visit the cafe after my wife's appointment at the diabetic screening centre. Found the person Lisa, serving us extremely rude. (She may be a racist.) She spoke very loudly and was extremely discourteous. The other person behind the counter will support this complaint. Also another customer took notice of this and urged us to complain to you. The ambiance of the place otherwise, is very pleasing and the reception staff are very polite. A lovely place.

Today I rang the surgery for an appointment I was told it would be the 21st of this month. I asked if it could be sooner was asked for my details which I gave and was told you have transferred out. I have not transferred out and told the woman I spoke too. Oh it might be you have been de registered maybe because you didn't fill in a survey. So now at 53 and never going to the Dr unless I really needed too I have been told I have no Dr. No letter no correspondence to tell me this. My only option now is to go to a walk in centre in town I have Sinusitus and can hardly lift my head. Or I can re register that will never happen. The sad truth is this surgery when it was Ayres Road was always chaotic and not well staffed or run. They have moved it into a better building but sadly it is still run by incompetents who Cherry pick who they will give appointments too and when and have front desk staff who have no warmth or care. Never never will I ever re register. Disappointing.

my review is purely based on two things the lack information ln the unsecured website and my ringing them this afternoon for some information on exercise classes. The phone rang for 5 minutes then someone picked up the phone and put it down on me as I was saying hello hello. I rang back and unsurprisingly no answer. It would seem that unless you physically go in to this place you're not going to get any questions answered.

Impossible to get through on the phone. The app is dreadful. They make appointments for me that I don't know about then text me to tell me I've missed them. This is the worst GP service ever. It is so difficult to get to see a doctor. I don't thi k they actually want you to see anyone. Disgraceful.
